Please how can i sole this error , i get it in Transiesta calculation , in input file i add the commande 
TS.Elecs.Neglect.Principal
also this:
TBT.Elecs.Coord.EPS 0.02 Ang
TS.Elecs.Coord.EPS 0.02 Ang
Did you read the manual and searching the keywords mentioned in the output?
