Projected Band Structure over specific atoms in SIESTA

Hi, I trying to reproduce the last example in this pdf: “https://www.mcc.uiuc.edu/summerschool/2005/tutorial/SIESTA/Example3.pdf” which consists that to check the contributions of atomic orbitals (of specific atoms) to the bands near Fermi level at Gamma point. But i’ts not clear how can I plot the information of this contribution (in red lines). How can I perform this?

I’m not sure if this exactly what you’re looking for, but maybe plotting the fat bands might be helpful.

Also, plotting the PDOS for the different orbitals alongside the band structure can be very helpful for getting an idea of which orbitals are contributing to which bands.
