I have just started using the SIESTA module for some transport calculations. I am getting some errors while running calculations for the scattering region. It is showing that the electrode coordinate does not match with coordinates in scattering input files. I have made those the same. But still I am getting the same error message.
Can you please take a look at my input files and let me know where exactly I am doing wrong?
