Is it possible to implement HSE06 functional in any versions of the SIESTA?

SIESTA has a branch with hybrid functionals implemented (HSE). This could be found at siesta-project / siesta ยท GitLab among various branches of SIESTA development.
In addition, you may use Hubbard correction (+U), which has been available in the official release for a while.
